Refunds at a glance

Plans change. The rules below set out how Gray Adventure Strategies handles cancellations, new times and refunds for its services and online programs.

Cancelling a service

Need to change plans? All sales are final and there are no refunds. If you complete the class and feel your goals were not met, email daphne@grayadventurestrategies.com and Gray Adventure Strategies will look at options for you to repeat the class in a future cohort.. Once a service has been provided its fee is non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

Online programs

Refund window for courses, downloads and programs: 0 days from purchase. Refunds end your access to the material.

Your legal rights

Your consumer-law rights remain in full; this policy is in addition to them and Gray Adventure Strategies LLC will honour them.
