The AI Sherpa presents

BASECAMP · the live AI class

You already pay for AI.
In four live weeks, you’ll know how to lead with it.

I’m Daphne Gray. Over four live 90-minute sessions I set Claude up inside your business on screen — your account, your tools, your machine — while you do it with me. It’s the same material I teach CEOs and founders in private coaching, at group-room price.

  • Four live 90-minute sessions, one a week for four weeks
  • Every setup and build done on screen in real time, while you follow on yours
  • Live Q and A every week — your question, not someone else’s recording
  • Custom prompting guides and written instructions you keep

What you need: a Claude subscription, a computer you control, and 90 minutes a week for four weeks.

The gap

AI advice everywhere. Nothing actually running in your business.

You’ve watched the videos. Maybe joined a group or two. You can hold a conversation about AI at dinner. And still, nothing is set up, nothing is connected, and nobody on your team knows what they’re supposed to do with it.

WHERE MOST OWNERS GET STUCK You already know this much last 20% Videos and newsletters Knowing about connectors, projects and skills Basecamp Yours actually working, on your own machine 80% does not run a business. 100% does.

Watching is not doing

The video makes it look like three clicks. Then you try it on your own machine and hit the screen the video never showed — and there’s nobody to ask.

Setup takes real time

Connectors, projects, permissions, scope. These take sitting down and doing them properly. That is why each session is a full 90 minutes, not a highlight reel.

The six-month trap

The free video funnels you into a paid group that drips the real thing out over half a year. You don’t have six months. You have four weeks.

The gap is not knowledge. The gap is doing it, in real time, with someone who has done it a hundred times.

Why a CEO sits in this room

You don’t have to become the AI person. You have to know what’s going on.

Right now AI is pitched at two extremes. One half treats it like a smarter Google search for writing cookbooks. The other half treats it like a developer tool you need a hoodie to touch. Neither is any use to the person who has to make the call, sign off the spend and tell a team what to do.

Know what’s real

When someone on your team says “AI can do that,” you’ll know whether that’s a twenty-minute setup, a genuine project, or a sales pitch. You’ve done the setup yourself.

Make the call

You’ll know the difference between a chat, a project and something that needs building — which is the difference between a tool you buy, a workflow you set up, and money you shouldn’t spend yet.

Show your team

Four weeks in, you’re not forwarding your team a link. You’re sharing your screen and showing them the thing you already built, the way I showed you.

Most people are handed AI as either a toy or a terror. The truth sits in the middle: you can now talk to software and have it build you the thing you would have paid a developer six figures for.

Basecamp is the four weeks where that stops being a claim you’ve heard and starts being something sitting on your own screen.

Your guide

Daphne Gray, the AI Sherpa

Operator first, educator second. I build Claude systems for real clients with real stakes, and I have spent the past year privately coaching CEOs and founders on exactly this material. Nothing in Basecamp is theory. Every fix I show you on screen is one that runs on a Tuesday afternoon when nobody is watching.

  • Private AI coach to CEOs and founders
  • Claude systems built and running for real clients
  • Anthropic Partner Network member
  • 20+ years building and scaling businesses, with multiple exits
  • COO roles for 7–8 figure companies, with deep FinTech experience
  • Founder, Gray Adventure Strategies

What people say

The four doubts that come up first

Basecamp is not a new idea being tested on you. It is a year of private, paid, one-on-one coaching with CEOs and founders, opened to a small group room. Four doubts, and the answer to each.

Sample text — placeholder quotes awaiting Daphne’s real client words

Answers: “I already watch AI videos”

“I’d watched probably forty hours of AI content. Ninety minutes with Daphne and I had more running than all forty hours put together. The difference is she waits while you do it.”

Answers: “I’m not technical enough”

“Week four says you’ll build a dashboard and I genuinely thought that part wasn’t for me. I built it. It took the session. I open it every Monday.”

Answers: “No replays? Really?”

“I was annoyed there were no recordings. Then I realized I’d have watched none of them. Showing up and asking my own question is the only reason it stuck.”

Answers: “Will my team actually use it?”

“The real change was me. I stopped forwarding articles to my team and started showing them things on my screen. That’s when they moved.”

Four live weeks, and something running at the end of each one.

What we cover

Four weeks. Four things running by the end of each one.

Every session is built from real one-on-one client work with business owners, so we fix the exact problems you will actually run into — not the clean ones from a demo.

Week 01

Set up AI right, from day one

The full setup done live: your accounts, your security, and the difference between chats, projects and code — so you have a foundation you can build anything on, instead of a mess you have to undo in March.

  • Your account and workspace, configured properly the first time
  • Security and scope: what AI should and should not be able to see
  • Chats vs projects vs code — what each one is actually for
  • You leave with: a locked-down setup you can build on

Week 02

Put Projects, Cowork and Skills to work

How to use Projects to organize everything, how Cowork lets Claude do more of the work for you, and your first Skill set up live — so a task you currently do every single week starts running itself.

  • Projects: one place per client, product or function, with its own context
  • Cowork: handing over the parts you shouldn’t still be doing by hand
  • Your first Skill, built live, on a real recurring task of yours
  • You leave with: one weekly task that now runs itself

Week 03

Connect AI to the tools you already use

Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Zoom and Slack — wired in live. Then you can ask AI to review your email, prep your meetings, and pull answers out of your own files instead of guessing.

  • Gmail and Google Calendar: triage and meeting prep
  • Drive: answers pulled from your own documents, not the internet
  • Zoom and Slack: what your team says, summarized and searchable
  • You leave with: live connections into the tools you already pay for

Week 04

Build a dashboard that runs your week

You will build a simple dashboard for your life and business, and see how to experiment safely without any risk to your computer. No coding experience needed — this week is the opposite of a coding class.

  • A working dashboard for your week, built by you, live
  • Why code stops being scary once you can see what it does
  • How to experiment safely, with no risk to your machine
  • You leave with: something you open every Monday morning

Week 04The kind of simple dashboard you build yourself in the last session — your week, in one view, with no coding experience needed.

The whole picture

What you’ll actually be able to do on the Monday after

Each of these comes directly out of one of the four weeks. Nothing here is theory you’ll “apply later” — I set it up with you, on your machine, while you watch your own screen.

Set AI up without creating a riskAccounts, permissions and scope configured so your company data isn’t somewhere it shouldn’t be.
Tell a chat from a project from a buildThe single judgment call that decides whether something takes ten minutes or ten thousand dollars.
Organize your work into ProjectsOne place per client, product or function — so you stop re-explaining your business every morning.
Turn a weekly task into a SkillBuild one live, on a task you actually repeat, and watch it start running itself.
Wire AI into your real stackGmail, Calendar, Drive, Zoom and Slack connected — your tools, not a sandbox.
Ask your own files a questionPull an answer out of your own documents and call notes instead of hunting for it.
Build a dashboard, with no code experienceA simple working view of your week that you built yourself, in week four.
Experiment without breaking anythingHow to try things safely, so “what if I mess it up” stops being the reason you don’t.
Walk your team through itBecause you did the clicking yourself, you can show them — instead of forwarding a link and hoping.

That is the whole curriculum. Four weeks, four things running on your machine.

How it works

Show up live. Build it with me. Leave with it working.

Show up live

One 90-minute session a week for four weeks, in a group kept deliberately small.

Do it with me

I show you exactly what to click, on screen, step by step, and you do it on your machine as we go. You never get lost.

Ask anything

Live Q and A in every session. Any question about AI in your business gets answered on the spot.

Walk out running

Every week ends with something working: a locked-down setup, a live connection, a running dashboard — plus written guides to keep it that way.

The materials

Here is what you keep

Custom prompting guides

Prompt structures built for how you actually work, sent out after the sessions. Not generic templates scraped off the internet.

Step-by-step instructions

Every setup done live comes with written instructional material, so you can redo it, fix it or extend it on your own later.

Yours for keeps

The written guides and materials are yours after the class ends. The live room is the part you cannot rewind. The paper trail stays.

Printed Basecamp guide booklets, Week 01 Setup and Security and Week 02 Projects, Cowork and Skills, fanned on a wooden desk
Yours to keepOne written guide per week — the setups redone step by step, plus the prompting structures built for how you work.

The sessions get it working.
The guides keep it working.

Live, and only live

No recordings. That’s a teaching decision, not a cost decision.

Here is the honest truth about replays: the class you plan to watch later is the class you never finish. Recordings feel like a safety net and act like a failure point.

Live attendance is where the learning actually happens, because every session includes live Q and A — and a recording of other people’s questions will never do for you what asking your own does. So we protect the room. Show up, follow along, ask, and build while it is happening.

This is not another course to watch later or a tutorial tab you leave open. It is for people who want AI working in their business, once and for all. If you cannot commit to four live sessions, this is not the right fit, and that is okay.

One honest caveat. If a major scheduling conflict makes a single session truly impossible for you, reach out before the class. On a rare, case-by-case basis I may arrange additional support for that week. It is an exception, not a policy.

You keep the skills and the guides.
You don’t get to re-watch me.

The fit filter

Who this is for — and who it isn’t

Built for

  • You pay for AI and know you are not getting what you should from it
  • You have watched the videos and still do not have it set up right
  • CEOs, managers and executives who have to lead a team through this
  • Solopreneurs, entrepreneurs and small to medium business owners
  • Anyone in business who wants AI actually working inside their day
  • People willing to show up live and do the work on their own machine

Not for

  • The operator who does not need AI day to day
  • Anyone not comfortable operating a computer on a regular basis
  • Developers
  • People already running AI automations and agents
  • High-level users building their own apps — higher-level series are coming. This one starts at the trailhead.

From the private room to yours

The same training my private clients get.

For the past year I have taught this exact material behind closed doors, one on one, to CEOs and founders paying for private coaching. Same setups. Same builds. Same systems. It works, because every session ends with something running, not something bookmarked.

So many people needed it that I opened the same training to a small group room. Same material, same live builds, same standard my private clients get: nobody leaves a session stuck. We work until it works on your machine.

The standard I hold myself to

All sales are final and there are no refunds — the room is small, your seat is held, and the material starts moving on day one. What you get instead is a standard: nobody leaves a session stuck. If you complete the class and feel your goals were not met, email daphne@grayadventurestrategies.com and I will look at options for you to repeat the class in a future cohort.

Questions

Before you ask

When are the sessions?

The class always runs four Wednesdays in a row. The next set of dates — Four Wednesdays starting October 28 — is still being confirmed. Email daphne@grayadventurestrategies.com to check before you book. Every session starts at 2:00 PM Eastern, which is 1:00 PM Central, 12:00 PM Mountain and 11:00 AM Pacific. Your Zoom link and full instructions arrive within 24 hours of purchase.

Will I get the recordings?

No, and that is a teaching decision, not a cost decision. The class you plan to watch later is the class you never finish. Every session has live Q and A, and a recording of other people’s questions will never do for you what asking your own does. You keep the skills and guides; you don’t get to re-watch me.

What if I truly cannot make one session?

If a major scheduling conflict makes a single session impossible, email daphne@grayadventurestrategies.com before the class. On a rare, case-by-case basis I may arrange additional support for that week. It is an exception, not a policy.

I already watch AI videos on YouTube. Why do I need this?

Because the videos got you to 80%, and 80% does not run. Knowing about connectors is not the same as your connectors working. This class exists for the last 20%: doing it, live, on your machine, until it works. That is what a video cannot do, and what a six-month drip group makes you pay to wait for.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Week four is exactly the opposite of a coding class. You will see why code is not scary, how to play with it safely without any risk to your computer, and you will build a simple working dashboard with it. If you can follow along on a screen share, you can do this.

What do I need before day one?

A Claude subscription, a computer you control and are comfortable using, and 90 minutes a week for four weeks.

Is this useful if I want my team using AI, not just me?

That is the point of the room. Basecamp is a working session for the person who has to lead the decision — so that when your team asks what AI should be doing here, the answer comes from someone who has done the setup themselves rather than read about it. You do the clicking in the session, which is what makes you able to show someone else afterwards.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final and there are no refunds. The room is small, your seat is held, and the material starts moving on day one. That said, the goal is that you leave with things working. If you complete the class and feel your goals were not met, email daphne@grayadventurestrategies.com and I will look at options for you to repeat the class in a future cohort.

Stop at 80% or finish the climb

Four live weeks from now, you either still have a chat window — or you’re the one showing your team how it works.

Stop guessing. Start winning.
